1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active pphjoy account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pphjoy login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. pphjoy will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Accurate Information

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pphjoy supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made through GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pphjoy account instantly.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank may take 1–3 business days to reflect.
• pphjoy does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The funding source must belong to you personally.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a verification check before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• pphjoy targets processing of approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours on business days, though timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met in full.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Additional bonus terms that apply across all pphjoy promotions include:

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of system errors will be voided, and associated accounts may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pphjoy and will result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one account.

• Using another person's payment method or banking credentials without their explicit written consent.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using pphjoy to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pphjoy staff or other players.

8. Privacy & Data Use

pphjoy's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pphjoy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

11. Account Termination

pphjoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice, in cases where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Philippine law or pphjoy's eligibility criteria.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination, pphjoy will process a refund of any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account, subject to the completion of identity verification and compliance checks. pphjoy is not obligated to refund any balance held in a terminated account where fraud, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms is suspected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of pphjoy that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

pphjoy operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. References to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) are made for contextual purposes.
